Vaman Builders is an associate concern of Govintha ram Builders which is situated in Virudhunagar.

Selva mohan the managing partner worked for Rajparis Civil Construction before starting his own construction company Govintha ram Builders with office in Virudhunagar which has now expanded to include Vaman Builders in Chennai.

Vaman Builders is managed by N.Selvamohan B.E with the latter taking care of the construction processes and the former directing all the other activities.

It was started on 12.12.1986 as small Consultancy firm in the name and style of “VINAYAK CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS”, then it transformed and a Consultation firm as “KOTHANDARAM BUILDERS” and then Partnership firm as “GOVINTHARAM BUILDERS” and now it is getting transformed in to a Company as “VAMAN BUILDERS”

N.Selvamohan who completed his civil engineering in Coimbatore Institute Of Technology worked in Rajparis Civil Construction ,Chennai for 2 years and started his own construction company in Virudhunagar.

We have done many projects in and around Tamilnadu including a coffee curing house in Kushal Nagar of Coorg district. In Chennai we have completed 2 flat promotions, 1 residential project and 1 commercial project.

The ongoing projects in Chennai are flat promotion in OMR road Perungudi and a residential building in Kolathur and a comercial building in Maduravoil

Sufficient material and accessories such as CONCRETE MIXTURE MACHINES, POWER TROWEL, EARTH RAMMER,COLUMN BOX, CENTERING SHEET, SPAN & PROPS are owned by the Concern itself. In respect of other item, regular arrangement have been made with private person for timely supply.
